In 2015, Denka Chemicals Holdings Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (DCHA) acquired a majority stake in ESTOP’s holding company, renaming it Denka Infrastructure Malaysia Sdn Bhd (DISB), and later, on April 1, 2018, acquired full ownership of DISB, renaming ESTOP as Denka Construction Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd (DCSM).
