DCSM was invited to participate in the First Half 2023 Asia Pacific Improvement Presentation Meeting on 13th January 2023, at DCHA headquarters, Singapore. A total of 10 participants comprising individuals and groups from various departments took part in the competition.
This competition aims to promote good communication between all workers in the factory and the management office, in addition to fostering a creative and innovative attitude to all employees in bringing about reform and improvement in DENKA's business. All participants are required to explain how reforms and improvements can be achieved, the pro-active actions that have been implemented, and the efforts made to achieve the goals of their respective departments and branches.
The competition was judged by the Managing Director of DCHA, Deputy Managing Director, Manager and Chief Manager of Denka departments from various backgrounds and expertise in their respective fields.
Presenting the title KIZUKI, The Beginning Of Improvement, DCSM is proud to have won and was awarded with The Best Presentation Award. This success is the success of all DCSM staff who have worked together to bring about reform and development in workmanship and productivity to further expand our business to a higher level.
Hopefully this success will be the incendiary for DCSM staff to give their best in ensuring that DCSM becomes a highly competitive and excellent company in the construction materials supplier industry in Malaysia in particular and in the regional country in general.
